Ryan believes it post-worthy to tell you this little anecdote:
On the Gili Islands off Bali, there are no police. If you have a problem, you must report it to the village chief. You can reach him by asking someone at dive schools or local establishments to give him a holler. Just thought that was an important thing to know.
